InboxGreen stores only the data required to generate deliverability reports and deliver the product experience. We never sell or rent customer data. Report inputs, including DNS records and provider metadata, are stored securely and removed when you cancel your subscription.

Data we collect

• Domain metadata required to verify SPF, DKIM, DMARC and related protocols.
• Contact information that you provide when subscribing or requesting support.
• Usage analytics emitted from the InboxGreen app (page views and feature adoption events).

How we use your data

We use the collected data to generate reports, send proactive alerts, and improve InboxGreen. Access is limited to the InboxGreen team, and all audit access is logged.
